The very  top link to your left is there for you to SEARCH THE MLS.  This will have ALL listings and not just those listed with our company unlike many other web sites  We understand that buyers are more and more technical and want to have access to all properties listed.  Because we are members of the mls, we are able to show you any home.  If you'd like to see any of these homes you find on this web site, please give me a call at (636) 448-1949. 

I have also FEATURED PROPERTIES in the right column as well as at the bottom of this page.  Most of these homes have over 40 pictures.  Just double click on the picture of the house to see more.  You will see that I have sold most of my listing and am ready for more.  As fall is looming, I want my clients to know that I was the #4 agent amongst all RE/MAX agents in the St. Louis area for the month of December. For the first time, I advised my seller's not to pull off the market in the winter.  I felt that so many other agents would out of habit and that we could take advantage of the low inventory, the fact that buyer's don't really care about days on market anymore and the fact that there are serious buyers out there.  Turns out my therory was right.  If you are interested in discussing stategies for selling in this marketplace, please give me a call!

As your full-time real estate agent, I bring a lot of experience!  I graduated from Southwest Missouri State (now Missouri State) in 1990 with a degree in Finance.  I have 10 years experience in the real estate industry. My former career involved lots of negotiations which transfers over nicely to my real estate career.  I have lived in Missouri all my life and know the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions and zoning regulations.  I have a very good understanding at what it will take to sell your home in this market and am full of valuable advice to help you succeed.    As far as my personal life, I am a married mother of two children, ages 17 and 11, who make me proud every day.  In my spare time I like to visit with friends and family as well as play golf now and then if time permits.
